Pandora-Quantum Double Wammy

Winter Storm Pandora and Winter Storm Quantum hit millions with a double wammy. First it was Pandora which came into its own on Wednesday February 20th and diminished late Saturday February 23rd and then came Quantum.

Both winter storms created havoc weather with ice, snow, sleet and cold temperatures. Washington D.C. broke a record for the day with 8.9 inches of snow. Here are some other snow accumulations for Pandora.
